Appliance repair

A dead refrigerator should get a window, not a voicemail.

Appliance calls are one machine, one symptom, and a question about warranty. The receptionist can book the diagnostic you allow once it has the brand and what the machine is doing. It should not promise a repair before anyone has seen it.

Calls appliance shops lose

The board looks open while the phone rings for refrigerators, washers, and ovens. After hours, a fridge full of food does not wait until the office opens.

  • Refrigerators, freezers, and ranges that need the priority you assigned.
  • Washers, dryers, and dishwashers that can take the next window.
  • Warranty and recall calls that follow the path you set, instead of a normal COD visit.
  • Brands or appliance types you do not service, told no.

What it collects before it books

Brand, what the appliance is doing, and whether the customer is asking about a warranty. If those do not fit a job type you authorized, it hands the call to a person.
