ServicePilot exists so ServiceTitan shops stop losing jobs they already paid to generate.

Meet Grant Tanner
Founder, ServicePilot
Hi, I'm Grant Tanner. For more than a decade, I've worked with business owners at the intersection of growth, sales, operations, and finance, usually trying to solve the same basic problem: where is revenue slipping through the cracks?
I started my career as a financial planner at Fidelity Investments, then moved into growth marketing for dental practices, later worked in marketing at AllyDVM, and eventually founded Rad Marketing in Boise. Across those different roles, I kept seeing the same underlying problem: businesses were spending more to generate demand, but too much of that opportunity was slipping through the cracks. The phones were ringing. The schedule still had holes.
Marketing could make the phone ring. It couldn't pick it up, follow through, and put the job on the board.
Missed and after-hours calls went unbooked. Estimates sat without follow-up. Customers who were due for service never heard from anyone. Good opportunities disappeared, not because the business needed more leads, but because the front office simply couldn't work every opportunity, every time.
That insight became ServicePilot.
ServicePilot isn't just an AI receptionist. It's an AI workforce built for ServiceTitan contractors. You teach ServicePilot how your company works, then deploy specialized AI Employees to answer calls, recover estimates, work membership opportunities, and follow up with customers.
Others help automate communication. ServicePilot is building an AI workforce that knows how your company operates, owns specific front-office jobs, and proves what that work produces.
I live in Boise with my wife and three boys. When I'm not building ServicePilot, I'm usually skiing, camping, or finding another excuse to be outside.
