Call back missed demand before it becomes someone else's job.
Missed Call Recovery is an assignment for the AI Receptionist, not a separate employee. When a caller does not reach the office, the assignment follows the approved contact path and works toward a ServiceTitan booking.
What the assignment owns
The assignment starts from missed-call work the business has authorized. It contacts the caller inside the approved timing, consent, and communication rules, then stops when the customer books, declines, opts out, or needs a person.
- Uses the same company knowledge and booking authority as the AI Receptionist.
- Books only approved job types and windows.
- Keeps attempts, replies, bookings, and handoffs available for review.
- Stops outreach when the work reaches a terminal outcome.
Why it is not another employee
Pages represent standing responsibilities. Assignments represent the work an employee is doing now. The AI Receptionist owns inbound demand capture; Missed Call Recovery is one certifiable assignment on that employee.
What happens when the customer replies
The receptionist continues inside the rules you approved. If the request can be qualified and booked, it puts the job on the ServiceTitan board. If the request is uncertain, out of area, or outside booking authority, it surfaces the conversation for a person.
How the 30-day pilot is measured
Qualified shops can run the assignment for 30 days with every attempt and outcome visible. The review is based on real contacts, responses, bookings, and later invoice attribution when ServiceTitan synchronization is available. No booking or revenue result is guaranteed.
