Built for shops that already run on ServiceTitan.
ServicePilot is not a second CRM. Bookings, customers, and paid invoices stay in ServiceTitan. The AI employees use that system to book, and you use it to check the work.
What the connection is for
The receptionist needs your customers, job types, hours, and the board it is allowed to book on. Estimate and membership employees need the same customer book. Revenue only means something if it can be tied to a ServiceTitan invoice.
- Qualified calls become ServiceTitan bookings.
- Follow-up uses the customers and estimates you already have.
- A paid invoice can be tied back to the conversation that started it.
- You keep supervising from the calls, not from a shadow schedule.
What you teach once
Connecting ServiceTitan gives operational context. You still teach services, service area, pricing promises, emergency rules, communication style, and when a person must take the call. Those rules apply to every employee.
What moves between the systems
ServicePilot reads the operational records needed for the work you authorize, such as customers, job types, availability, estimates, memberships, and invoice status. It writes approved bookings and related outcomes back through the connected tenant.
- Each ServicePilot workspace connects to one approved ServiceTitan tenant and environment.
- ServiceTitan credentials are encrypted before storage and are never exposed in the marketing site.
- Invoice attribution appears after synchronization. It is not a promise of real-time reporting.
- A failed or uncertain write does not become a silent success. The work stays available for review or intervention.
The connection does not replace supervision
ServiceTitan remains the operational system of record. ServicePilot adds employees, rules, conversation evidence, and attribution around it. Your team still controls the services, booking authority, handoff rules, and who can access the workspace.
If you are not on ServiceTitan
This is not the right fit yet. ServicePilot does not book into Housecall Pro or other CRMs. If you are implementing ServiceTitan, start with the shop manual and talk with us before you turn on a number.
