How access is controlled
Workspace access requires authentication. Administrative roles determine who can manage members, integrations, and security-sensitive configuration.
- Authenticated user and workspace access through Clerk.
- Tenant-scoped application queries keep one workspace from reading another workspace's records.
- Administrative activity is available for review through the product audit log.
How connected credentials are handled
ServiceTitan credentials are encrypted with authenticated encryption before they are stored. They are used server-side for the tenant and environment the workspace selected, and are not shipped to browser components.
What we do not claim
ServicePilot does not currently market a SOC 2 or HIPAA certification. Security documentation should describe controls that exist today, not imply a certification, endorsement, or guarantee that has not been earned.
